PA15 is angular, moderate bulk density. The grinding tools made of it are not mesh cracks, no rust spots, sharp grinding, very low heating rate, high grinding ratio. It is suitable for processing quenched steel, alloy steel, precision measuring tools, machine tool spindle, instrument parts, thread workpiece and template grinding workpiece with high finish requirement.
PA18 is a blocky with regular, orderly particles and high bulk density. Compared with PA15, the durability of its grinding tools is improved. It is suitable for processing quenched steel, alloy steel, precision measuring tools, machine tool spindles, instrument parts, threaded workpieces and other workpieces with high finish requirements.
